We are often asked many similar questions from different people, hopefully here you will be able to get the answers you're looking for!
Q: What is the standard print size/ how big can I make my logo?
- Our standard print size is 11"x11" but the maximum we can do is 12"x18".
- The size of your logo will depend on the placement of it!
Q: How do I send my artwork?
- You can upload it in the design tool when you customize your shirt for a quote, or you can email it directly to us!
Q: If you recreate or design my logo/ artwork, can I keep it or use it for other things?
- You can keep the logo! But any artwork designed isn't able to be released.
Q: What is your turn around time?
- We try to be as efficient as possible and as quick as possible! Our turnaround time is between 5-10 days depending on the quantity, design and detail!
Q: Are there extra fees on top of our quote? Such as screen, art charges, etc.?
- Nope! The quote you're given includes the set-up fee and art fee! The only extra charge is for a custom mixed color, which we can't add into the quote, you will have to speak with us directly!
Q: Do you offer tax exemption for businesses?
- Yes! All you have to do is email us your business EIN number or tax exemption number BEFORE PLACING ORDER, and we will set it up on our end to exempt you!
Q: What is your minimum order?
- Our minimum order is 12 pieces!
Q: I have a quote from someone else, can you match or go lower than them?
- We can sure try, but make sure you have all the specifics and give us all of that so we can compare apples to apples (shirt brand/weight/model/qty/sizes/price per/shipping/tax/etc). Often competitors will try to appear to be offering a better deal, when in reality they are printing on a lower quality shirt. We can print on cheaper shirts too; however, we do not push that type of clothing.
Q: Can you do all over printing?
- We currently do not offer that.
Q: I'm in a hurry, can you get them done fast?
- That's a loaded question. We try our hardest to get everyone's order done as quickly as possible, with that being said, it is all going to depend on what we already have in front of your order, how large your order is, how many colors your design is and how many details there are. Also, if we're shipping them to you, how long shipping will take.
Q: I want my design on different colored shirts, can you do that? And change some of the colors?
- Yes, we can do your design on different colored shirts! As long as the colors of the design don't change, neither will the price! If you do want the colors to change you will be charged a cleaning fee for the screen.(wash out screen/dry/reset press)
Q: Can you ship overseas?
- Not currently, we're working on it though!
Q: Is there a limitation of what we will print design wise? My design might be offensive to others.
- Nope! We have no reservations when it comes to what we are willing to print!
Q: What locations can you print?
- Left Chest, Center Chest, Either side of body, upper back, middle back, lower back, upper/lower offset back, and sleeves....lots of places!
Q: Can I provide my own shirts? Or request a different style/ brand of shirt?
- Heck yes! All you have to do is let us know! We can order them for you, or you can provide them!
